You can let them sort out the crap

where as if u pay him a visit u will end up beating the crap out of him and kicking the last little dregs of crap that he has left around the street....or is it just me?

Ditto mate.

If you're fully comp then your insurer pays out now and claims it back from 3rd party later on. Don't worry about NCB etc - as it's not your fault your insurers won't let it rest until they've got their money back from the other driver. They won't want to pay out for nothing.

Richard :)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
