there is a cerain mom steering wheel that I really like.

 

my question is...

how do I fit a new sterring wheel without loosing the control for the "cruise control"?

 

set-coast-res (or whatever they are ai can't remember) PLUS the horn...

 

 

I know you can buy those plates that go behind (I think) the new wheel and have one or 2 buttons... but can I use fit up to 4 buttons for the 3 cruise one and a horn...

 

maybe all replacemenet wheels already have the central logo-horn button?

Manic,I retained my cruise control with a wiring loom I made,I then relocated it just behind the ashtray .

You need the right boss matey that goes on the column then the connects to the wheel. But it has to be a certain one to keep the 4ws and cruise signals.

 

MAC1(Iain) is the man to speak to as he's done the lot bud. He relocated his cruise buttons neatly just behind the centre console storage! Pukka aswell.

 

wasn't there talk of a group buy on these boss's talked about a little while ago??

I'm gonna speak to Iain about this, was looking through a Carnoisseur brochure last night and they do some lovely steering wheels and a nifty gadget that Macca has got! Must have!

 

Removable steering wheel device, fits between the boss and the wheel apparently. Only about 70 squids, try nicking it now TWOCer scum!

Yes I was thiking about this snap off wheel system myself...

so I can go walking around town with a steering wheel in my hands while making engine noises with my mouth!!! eh ehe

 

yes I would be interested in a snap off boss gadget..

the only problem is that if THEY want you car and see there is no wheel.... they will wait for you and knife you to death to get the wheel and car off your life
