just changed my heater matrix, oh the joy!

 

it is getting warm but not as hot as it used to.

 

any ideas, have i forgotten something or does it need

 

bleeding, if so whats the best way to do that?

You need to get the engine warm (obviously!) then have the heater on high and hottest temp - then with the radiator cap off AND the bleed valve at the other end of the rad (plastic cap) you should be able to get the air out. Once you've done as much as you can drive it round and check the level regularly for a few days to see if it needs topping up. That should do it though.
