It's a full service - so that's oil/filter and grease the door hinges Everything else is automatic in those things. I think he needs new pads though ! A non Honda place, TradeOne (http://www.trade1imports.co.uk) which is where I think he bought it have offered to do it for £600 using the same parts. Sounds like Honda are worse than Nissan !!!!

Yep you're right Mr. P, Honda are no better than any of the Jap Main Dealers. My Bro was nearly bankrupted running his Prelude on parts but I remember servicing was pretty reasonable.
