Driving in my car the other day and i suddenly lost all brake pressure

luckily i was only doing about 20mph so it wasn't to bad. just had a look and one of the pipes to the rear brakes has corroded where it goes through a white plastic clip almost directly under the drivers seat.

How easy is it to replace the pipe? is it one pipe that runs the length of the car? Will a local garage have a replacement?

Thanks,

Stuart.
