Is he still a trader on here???? if so are there any rules protecting the members that buy from him, I know theres plenty of rules about what traders can and cant sell but what about if the trader doesnt replace faulty items after being given plenty and I mean plenty of chances to sort the problem. Alternatively anyone want to buy a completely useless HID kit for their car, it makes a very nice £200 ornament for the shelf in your garage, just dont ask it to light the road as it is faulty. :headvswal

oh well thats another £190 wasted. Can anyone on here confirm if he is still trading or not? if he is I will pay him a visit and sort it out face to face.

Shame he cant sort out any problems from his old business venture before going onto a new one then and I know for a fact that he was still trading as Outlander when I first reported my problem as I rang him about it and he answered the phone as Outlander Motorsport, oh well I may as well stop wasting my time chasing him then.

One of the ballast packs is faulty and causes the car to blow fuses continually.

I bought the same kit 18 months ago from Mark and mine is fine.

 

I did have a broken bulb but Mark replaced it for me without question. I went to his shop (only 12 miles from me) and he even fitted it FOC - seemed like a decent fella.

 

I know he was thinking about closing the business a few months back due to personal problems (read ex-mrs) but he posted later to say he was carrying on??

 

Sorry to hear of your problem though, Rich. Didn't another trader here also stock the same HID kit - maybe they could help?

Yes it is Roxie Hart :headvswal , I have contacted Mark loads of times over this and on his last email he said he was trying to close the business down but that is really of no interest to me as the problem has been going on for months and started with him saying it will be replaced within a week to not bothering to reply. I understand he has problems and could have been more understanding if he told me from the start it was going to be a problem. Anyway, I am thinking about ordering a couple of sets from the States, its a lot cheaper and if there is a problem I know who to deal with direct.
