Hi Guys,

I'm new to you forum and am about to buy a 300zx t/t auto. I currently own an 100nx(don't laugh) and have had a 200sx previously so I now need to own a 300zx!

The one I'm looking at is a jap import, 1992 which has done 55,000 miles and is standard apart from a stainless steel exhaust and dump valves.

The guy wants 3500.00 for it, is this a good price and is there anything I should especially look for when I go to see it??

Thanks in advance

sounds like a good deal, cant help u much with auto box but the main thing when buying any turbo is check for smoke on startup, and on boost, by that i mean boot it for a bit and let off the accelerator, check the mirror for smoke out the back. thats a good indication of fooked turbos. also check for rattles through the rev range. make sure u take it for a decent spin, if u can get someone close 2 u who owns a zed to check it out.
