    How can they say that is light front panel damage.

    I can see you will need a new front bumper with lights, bonnet, head light, nose panel.

    New front tyre. Car has probably gone over a kurb causing the puncture and buckling the alloy and probably messing up the suspension.

    Roof looks like it leaks too.
