Right today I lined up the dots etc undone the 27mm bolt got the 3 legged puller on the pulley and its started to come off but its only moving a bit at a time, I thought it would just come a bit at first then just come off in one go. But I get the feeling it will be a slow process to come off right the way to the end a bit at a time. Is this normal or has anybody elses just made a cracking noise and slipped right off easy??

Cheers bud, blow torch it is tomorrow then. LOL ;)

No heat needed, just apply some pressure on the puller then tap the pulley with a club hammer, then apply a bit more pressure on the puller and again tap the pulley with a hammer, and so on, the combination of the applied force and shock will remove it easily.
