All these stage upgrade lists are always optimistic. Boost does'nt increase with exhausts and inductions kits like they do on some Turbo cars.

makes bit more sence.. so to run 300bhp in the uk how mcuh in the way of mods are we talking..? induction, exhaust 13psi? 14psi? chip (obviously for fueling the extra boost) or more than that..?

Induction, exhaust, chip 13/14psi will usually see around the 340-370hp figure.

right, (we talking at the fly or rwhp here.. guessing fly..)

sorry, fly yeh. about 300@wheels (stock is about 230 I think)
