done my gearbox oil a couple of months back manual that is.

i used comma syntech 75/90 oil much smoother to change now especially from cold where it used to take a bit of persuasion. semi synthetic.

REDLINE for manual boxes.. hands down.. i thought my gbox was f**ked.. I couldn't do fast 3rd-4th or 1st-2nd shifts, put in redline and went to a circuit and what do ya know ? Smooth as silk shifting for the first time *EVER* in my car.

I've used various fluids in the box but nothing has worked other than the redlines.

About the first time Americans have got something right LOL !
