Can you fill your petrol tank to full?

Ive been told not to fill mine anymore than 3/4 full as it just spills out (not sure where from)?

Im unsure as to whether this is a ventilation problem or where the wide arch conversion has something to do with it?

hmmm, Ive been told my zed wont take it

Im thinking it may be a breather prob.

I don't have any problems filling mine or with it spilling out anywhere.

There's a big flexi rubber pipe connecting the the tank to the filler cap with jubilee clips holding it in place.

Could be that one has come loose.

You need to take the arch liner out and take a look but I'm not sure how easy this is as the liner will have been custom made I think.
