Whats the 'econ' and 'rec' button do next to the 'off' button.

One of the lights come on the other doesnt, but dunno what they do anyway?

    rec = recirculate so repumps the air in the car round (makes it colder on lower temps ect.

     

    econ = ecomomy the air conditioning does not activate use when you need to heat only
