During this time of year, everytime i go out to my zed all the interior windows are steamed up.. it happens really quickly but none of the other cars parked close to it are steamed up at all.

Is it likely that one of the window / boot seals is slightly loose and thats letting moisture in? or it just the magazines i keep in the glove compartment too "hot" lol?

The little radiator in the dash that spills water out all over the inside of your car causing the windows to steam up and is a pain in the butt to replace.

mine does this, i noticed when caught in a really heavy downpour that water dripped from the top of the passenger window.

Mine does the same, but when it's very cold it's even worse. I had to scrape ice off the windscreen the other day! :headvswal

Again, this is what happens to me, except it is driver's side. I get just a couple of drips, but this is enough to make the inside steam up...

...it's also worth checking that the vents in the boot - that let air out - are not blocked or obstructed. If they are, you loose the positice effect of the air comming in...

If you can smell coolant in the car (a bit like curry) when the heater is on, then you almost certainly have a heater matrix leak.

You can actually ajust the window position if you take the dooor pannel off and undue the top lug in the rear piller part of the door. Slacken the sliders in the door and pull it to a slightly higher position and get a mate to tighten every thing up while you hold it. This will help a bit, but you really need new targa top seals. Mike at MJP got me a set of OEM seals from the states for about £200.

no heater matrix as there is no smell of coolant in the car. I just thought it might be a slightly leaky seal, its all just condensation, (thankfully no ice), just annoying...

My window seals leak too on both side in heavy rain! I went to nissan and got a price on the seal kits today, it comes in 2 parts offside + nearside.

Part No: 76860-51p10 = £181.12 + vat

Part No: 76861-51p10 = £181.12 + vat

I nearly puked when he told me the price it works out at £425.63 for both side including vat.

They are very cheep for a UK nissan dealer. Last time I checked about 2 years ago they wanted £360 per side and the seal that leaks is one peice per side mate. It goes round the targa and down the leading edge of the door frame.

The other peice goes onto the targa pannel. I got those of luke for about £36, but I'll see what Mike at MJP can get them for.

MJP Eastern Auto 01277374201 will get you both sides genuine OEM parts for about £189.
