I would like to know whitch looks best, tint paint or film for the rear lights?

Featured Replies

Mine have been painted but proffesinally so they look very good, but I would probably recommend film, as I have tinted my front indicators with spray and its tricky to make it look nice close up.

Film is difficult to use on rear lights due to the lip around the centre part of the lights.

do you paint them yourself? Where do you get the paint cos halfrauds don't do it?

tail lamp tint.. got a can of it.. but you get it from halfords rip speed... or any decent motor shop should sell it.... it just tail lamp tint.... i think its called.... and the trick is do little at a time.. dont try to fully tint it all in one go... otherwise you will get runs.. like my gran...

i done them on loads of cars and they are easy... just ensure the lamps are clean first...

PMSL...yeah mate, you gotta watch those runs...!!!

Halfrauds by me does it?? but its fookin expensive for what you get £14.99 paint £4.99 for the thinners and they are very small tins, they say enough to do two lights.

Mine were already done when I got it but I doubt it was from tins...

Looks more like a spray can job to me to get it so even
