Cat Question

Hi people,

Am I right in thinking that you cant de-cat cars if theyre newer than 1991. In that I mean they wont pass the emissions test? Mines a '92 and I would like to do it but not if it wont pass the MOT.

On a totally different subject, I also have a series 2 PTU for sale which I bought from Vijay, but i no longer require. Im after about £75 if anyone on here is after one.

Cheers guys,

Paul.

Decat is fine for mot, basically the 300zx is not in the MOt Emissions database so as long as the car is younger than 1995 they have to test it as a non-cat car.
