Does anyone know where I can get my Z serviced near to Torquay

I have found there are no Z specialists in and around Devon, I will be driving to Z Tech for a check over on my Z once I have finished under the bonnet. May a few of us can go up there?????/ MatZ, Me and you??

How long will your engine mods take? My next work is the springs / shocks, maybe HICAS arms.

Maybe I'll chicken out and get Ryan to do them.

Oh - and got to get my 99 spec rear spoiler on.

I am just waiting on some parts from Smithy which shoud be arriving this week, then it's just a matter of putting them on and getting it right. LOL

As for you doing your shocks so will I be afterwards and if you need to borrow spring clamps I have some.

sounds good to me guys, however I think I'm in more urgent need than you both to have my baby serviced.

Only bought her recently and shes not in what you might call prestine condition. So getting her serviced is my first action to getting her to run smoothly. At mo I ham having difficulty getting her to fire up when shes cold, have to wait till temp rises before I can put her into drive (yes, shes an auto). Members on here advised I take her to be serviced. So money in pocket and ready to go.

 

By the way, whats happened to Paul from South West Z ??? He would be a lot closer to home. But does not answer his phone or e-mails.

Isnt there a place on/around woodland industrial estate called afs or something like that, specialise in japs etc? I know they do mazda rx7's and the like...

Just checked it out definately AFS (Volksburg - Maztec) LTD... in barton road industrial units, barton road torquay. They do skylines, rx7's, subarus etc & my mate takes his Mitsi GTO there so sure theyr'e worth a try for the zx...

great news deejdave, just spoke to Maztec Motors regarding a service for the Z.

You were right they specialise in jap imports and have done Z's before. Have booked mine in for next Tuesday. Will let the forum know how I got on regarding future recomendation.
