Well, ive been to see my surgeon this morning and he is now going to try the bone graft again (5th time lucky eh)

 

In all honesty i'm not as happy about this as i thought i would be, i know its good that it may save my leg, but its another 9/12 months of grief and pain that could be wasted again and that would piss me off beyond belief, if after all of that the decision was to amputate again.

 

Still no idea on when i'll be going in for the graft, but i'll let you know in due course.

cut it off and get a bionic leg mate, you will be on a bike again in no time one of my friends have just dun the same with his arm, i no its not the same but its a major body part, u would get that from your claim i would have thought, just a thought mate and you wouldnt have any more pain.
