hi all just wundrin, i need to take my car in to zedworld when ive stumped up the cash, say 4 weeks or so, and i think im gona need the following done;

1.main crank seal (back)

2.cam belt + water pump

3.leaking high pressure hose to power steering pump (or at least it think thats where it coming from!)

4.strong smell of fuel think its coming from where the supply comes from undernesth the chassis up to the fuel filter.

 

Does anyone know how much this might set me back est. or has anyone had this done and already know how much its gona be any replies gratefull guys!!!! :)

TBH mate I think you will be lucky at that price :o

I dont know Zedworlds prices, but based on average garage prices....

 

1. Have to drop the gearbox for the rear crank seal. Most garages charge £150-£250 for that.

 

2. Cambelt & Waterpump are the main parts of 60k service, and that usually costs £400-£500

...blocked pcv valves will blow the rear seal so get these checked out too... in fact the seal may be ok once the valves are clear (if you are lucky).
