At the moment I have 1.2mm fitted and I'm wanting to "test" 1.0mm. Would it be ok to leave the 1.2mm in and fit 1.0mm in an extended pipe or should I remove the 1.2mm and just fit the 1.0mm ?

ive got 0.8mm jets and after market boost gauge is showing 16psi is this safe ?? on stock turbo's with usual induction catback exhaust and ud pulley

there are slightly varying opinions of this, but in general as long as your tubbies are in good nick and you look after your car, 15psi should be fine (some run 16psi  ) on standard tubbies, interns, etc.

i ran 15-ish on my 1mm jets before the blitz controller went in
