Hey guys,

 

Looking into buying a ZX but having problems getting insurance.

 

Can anyone reccomend me a few companies to phone up.

 

i have tried the usual (elephant, autotrader) but elephant wont insure me on an import untill im 21 (10 months) and autotrader wont give me any quotes. also i couldnt afford to run the TT or insure.

 

I have been driving for over a year and 6 months. and 20 years of age.

 

Any help would be helpfully because i want to join the club :hyper:

Didn't I read somewhere that the TT was the same to insure as the N/A?

yeah when i got quotes for my 300zx the tt was the same price to insure as the N/A (within £50 depending which insurance company) and as for the running costs my dads N/A only gets about 2mpg more than my TT. its when things go wrong the TT tends to be more expensive to fix,but the extra performance makes it worth it for me!! :D :D

i'm 21 (just) with a drink drive conviction 6 months ago :nelson: and no no claims

i think north kent and swanley is the broker but mine isnt cheap.i had to go on my parents insurance because of my DR10. its still £2075 tpft. worth it though!!lol :D seems alot of money but considering my s13 used to cost £1600 and my 1.6 k reg civic was £1400 it doesnt seem too bad!!
