hi guys, havin a spot of bother! car runs ok for abit well now and again! its starts up fine whatever the weather but if im drivin and i try put my foot down in second at say 15/20mph it will just splutter and missfire and its doin my piggin head in. ive checked all the sparkers and what not tps set to 0.45v its only just started doin this.. which leads me to believe PTU!

What revs is it happening at?-you got a non oe air filter?

any revs realy its when you try and load the engine! its got a JWT airfilter with a sheal i made for it to sort out the MAF probs you sometimes get! :(

Sounds like something may be breaking down-have you checked s/plugs?

Also all and every connector you come across-you'll be suprised!

plugs are pritty new done about 4k on them .. i checked them the other day and look fine! i think its somthing brakin down in the PTU!! i replace all the conectors not so long ago!

Try getting hold of a ptu then bud-least it will cancel that out or cure it!
