NZR - Removing Drums on V reg Micra

Having some difficulty removing the rear brake drums from a V reg micra.. the manual also says there's two holes on the drum that i can screw 2 M8 bolts into but the only two holes i can find aren't threaded and on of them is for the wee lever for the stop plate thingy..

 

any ideas? it's pretty damn stuck.
