Couple of silly questions

if you put a permornace ECU in your car and then buy a engine management unit like the DTA one, does the new ecu become redundent, and is it worth changing from stock.

Does anyone know how good pneumatic suspension is, as i head it acted like a progressive spring but dont know how it compaires to racing springs?
