Just wondered........

 

As some Cobras and now the McLaren SLR both have side exit exhausts would I be breaking any kind of regulation if I were to have the same on my car ? Oh and not forgetting the Viper !

 

Something like the SLR's as opposed to a couple of drainpipes like a Cobra ?

I have had side exit exhausts on my Ford Pop hot rod, And my Consul Pro street. Never had problem with the fed'z or MOT ?

cant see a problem.

Doh !!! I was even on that thread !!!

 

Now where did I put my Alzheimers medication ?

I was going to have this done before I got twin HKS Super Draggers, I was quoted £400 from powerflo but I think that was mates rates.

I discussed this with a mechanic and he reckoned it was not possible on the Z because it would be too low.
