Right thought i'd put up a very rough draft for the planned Euro trip.

 

 

Get into Cologne for 19th June spend 48 hours there taking in the England Football Beer festivle then onto the ring which is only 55 miles from Cologne

 

Few days around the ring then free to do what ever else, those are my basic ideas for now. If we can all agree on this then i'll start looking at the ferrys, earlier we book the cheaper it is

 

The Ferry is working out about £125 each return this includes a inside cabin to kip in

 

I spent almost that getting to Dover & back so £125 is a cracking price, we'll need to book within the next month though i'd say.

My trip was partly seperate from you guys, different ferry, different dates..etc , but I have my hotel room half paid already that I will no longer be able to use :(

 

(p.s they cant charge you for whole room, they will just keep deposit we already paid)

My Passanger is still comming. sheeting himself that we are going to set him up in Amsterdam with a lady man. Now would we do that to him? No of course not.

 

However how about this for bloody anoying.

 

Chris found out what happened to the Brakes I was expecting. Some Yank didnt check a part of the customs box of the paperwork, so some twat of a customs ass sent them back, by sea to get teh box checked and then they are now half way accross the atlantic for teh 3rd time and will be here next week.

iam meeting chris c around 4.30-5 pm but i will be there waiting in my big white transit with the book people all over it you cant miss me :rofl:

I'm going to drive up and park in the car park at the port. I should be there a fair bit before 5, hopefully, as I'm going to have to leave quite early just in case there are hold-ups on the way up.

 

If we have to check in at 5, meeting up at 4:30-5 seems to be cutting it a bit fine though. ;)
