Hi

I was part of the group buy for indeglow dials last year. I have only just go around to fitting them, only to find they dont fit my dash.

Mine is a mk 2 1993 Jap. I have a spare mk 1 dash and it looks like they will fit that, but not mine. Was there two diferent types of fitment? Can you help.

Cheers

From what I remember the only differences were Jap, UK spec, TT and NA, what seems to be the problem?

The shape of the supplied dails dont fit the dials. Nor do the screw holes or the needle stop holes

as i said i have a series 1 dash and its not the same as mine.

Hi,

As Steve says, can you post a pic cos they should fit.

Vijay

Will post as soon as i get a chance

First picture is of my panel (top) and mark 1 Panel. Second picture is of just the turbo gauge mine is the top as you can see the new dial will fit the mark one not mine. Its the same story with the rest.

hi

Vijay. I have posted the pictures can you have a kwick look. I need to start rebuilding soon . Cheers

Hello Steve,

I honestly have no idea what clocks you have but they are not a series 1 or 2. The only difference between those versions were the locating holes. You have to choices, either try and sort the correct clocks out or we'll have to try and sell the dials on which I shouldn't see as a problem.

I think, but I could be wrong, that you have a US clock/dash set. The reason I say this is because of the extra lamp points on it, of which I'm sure I've seen on the US zed site before.

As in this picture, ignor the writing on it, just take note of the 'Extra' lamp positions, that are not on our gauges, well not my series one anyway.

It's a series 3 dash.

Similar to my series 4 dash, and no they don't fit without quite a bit of fiddling!!

Cheers guys for your input. This is getting stranger by the day, after your comments ive looked at the dates printed on the back of the gauges and they are all late 92. It donst make any sense why its different from everybody elses. So im going to have to admit defeat on this one which hacks me off no end as i was realy looking forward to this mod after seeing some of yours. O well.

Vijay if someone didnt get one can you put them in touch with me as im going to sell it. Thanks for the help.

Put it in the for sale section, I'll look back through PM's to see if there was anyone.

Vijay

Ok will do

cheers
