Speedo help

Ok yet another thread needing speedo help.

 

My clocks have MPH on them up to 190 but there is a sticker covering the MPH sign which I didnt notice when I bought the car. It runs in KM/H though and I can verify this with my road angel.

 

What way is best to turn the speedo to run MPH instead.
