No Hot Air

What u think the problem is here guy's.....

 

Any temperature up to about 23 degrees on the display and it will blow it out of the vents quite nicely, any thing above that and it makes the sound that its blowing but i dont know where coz it aint out of the vents !!!!

In other words, it blows cold air out of the vents but not warm.....

    All the flaps an' stuff on the heater are servo operated so could be ones duff?
