Car currently is having exhausts fitted.

What would it mean if my Lamda/oxygen sensors weren't fitted, would it cause any problems???

How do you connect them to a car with mid pipes from the Zcenter with no place to connect them?

is there any get arounds?

Yes it would cause problems.

You sure you mean the O2 sensors that go into the turbo manifolds and not the cat temp sensors that are further back ?

O2 sensors there are 2 in the turbo cast dump pipes also there are 2 cat temp sensors in the front pipes mine have been cut for some reason car runs fine and no cat overheat light on .The z centre de cat pipes will be fine just cut the wires . Just be aware of smokey turbo promblems this is not always the case you may be lucky depending on the rest of the system how restricted or free flowing it is and turbo condition.

If i remember correctly, you car will drastically overfuel without these in. If a car can run without these, then perhaps the timing has been altered to cope. But what are the repercussions?

I'm not a mechanic but I'm fairly sure thats accurate.

Oh, that's definitely accurate ! ;) LOL

They are fairly far back so by the sounds of it then they would fit into the cat.

My turbo's are very very smokey and thought they were bye bye lol.

It would be possible to connect these back up as i can get the mid pipes modified, so what should i do then?

They are the cat temp sensors then, and can be removed.

sensors in cats = Cat temp sensors (Not needed)

sensors in Turbo elbow(downpipe) = o2 Sensors (V. Important)

they are the cat ones, so if they arn't needed shall i leave the end on as it has been and tuck it out of the way?

or cut the end off?

either - makes no odds to the car... personally, I tuck them away, cos it might deter people who might buy the car some day in the future to see cut wires if they don't undersdtand why.

Same here.

how does it work?

will it pick up a reading from outside the car as in fresh air rather than the exhaust fumes, doesn't this matter?

It only just sends signal to the cat warning light on dash when overheating.
