Guys - me & a friend are planning on taking out the engine of my 300 & doing some work.

Question - i there anything we need to watch out for whilst doing this - I.e. extra hoses/connections?

i'm reading up on the engine removal FAQ in the FAQ storage/Engine area but question is - mines an Auto - what else is there thats not in the FAQ?

Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.

if you have an auto, you will need to remove the oil cooler lines from the radiator to the cooler pipes

drain engine oil remove filter[which you dont need to do on a manual]remove gearbox bracket from driverside to gain acsess to the torque convertor bolts theres 4 of them which you need to seperate from the torque convertor-ringgear

other than that its the same as a the manaul transmission ;)
