Pistonheads are doing a meet on 5th February now this is a good one last year there was so many cars there..!

I went last year, such an awesome meet! Great selection of lovely cars to oggle over. Good place for a picnic too, as that was the only way the misses would let me go, LOL!

Cant make it this year as I'l out of the country. Defo see ya next time Jay and Paul!

We made it - got there about 11:30 (via the Bracknell run) - parking was a nightmare - and only got worse for those after us -

 

Saw at least 6 other 300 ZX's - one 350Z and one 200 SX - at one point almost every other car was a TVR !!!

 

Got to talk to David from Rice Rocket & Paul Stevens and a couple of other owners

 

Left about half 2 and headed home - just as the sun came out and starting to warm things up a bit

Nothing what you'd call exotic, but there were LOTS of really nice motors...

good to meet you all today as above will get pics up soon , met new members as well which is nice , lol and mark topless came down ,, good to see him as well and rice rocket , the cars were awesome,. f430 turned up with about 12 other ferraris, lambos those vauxhall monaro are very nice,

 

and saw a lotus carlton there to day as well . ariel atoms 5 i think ill get pics up soon

i went there at about 2:30 saw a black 350 goin in to the entrance there were no zeds so i went home

we were there ., 6 of us totall , it did start at ten, am, sorry you missed us, most of the top cars left at 2pm , dont think we left till after 2:30 might be wrong mark could back me up we left at same time

Wonder how much that car-park was worth at its peak?!

i thought it was a shame that we didnt sort out all parking together like most of the other clubs had, we must have parked as far from each other as possible, i saw 6 other zeds but only talked to 2 owners

the run from bracknel was amusing , never seen so many lost cars driving round and round roundabouts after we got seperated because of the fire engines.

 

at one roundabout we were 3 wide going round all hoping the other new where we were going and then all left via different exits, i ended up in a mini 5 car convoy that went the direct route

We followed the crowd as they left Bracknell - snuck in behind a Lotus and the grey Smart Car - all seemed ok until they split up - we stuck with the Lotus - who sped off into the fog - put my foot down to keep up only to get flashed by an oncoming BMW driver - assumed we were approaching either a speed trap or a camera - so I backed off a bit - lost the Lotus completely and ended up well and truly lost - not a major problem as I just pulled over as soon as I had room - checked the mirror so I could turn around only to find I'd been followed by a Porsche and a Ferrari !! - Ha ha

 

Doubled back and took the more obvious route down the 329M to Ascot and followed the signs to VW - plenty of other cars looked as lost as we were

damn i missed out on sooo much fun whens the next one lol
