I read the article and was suprised that most of the cars seemed to be getting Bhp figures that were well shy of the expected figures (I assumed 280Bhp for a stocker!)

I've been wondering lately just what my standard Jap might be running at with a recently rebuilt engine.

Any good dyno's in the Essex area?

I am very wary of dyno figures, because there are some conservative dynos like the Surrey RR and some dynos are let us say a little more enthusiastic, ;).

 

I am also wary of manufacturers proclaimed dyo figures, although nissan seem to be reasonably accurate!

 

So if you have done all the correct tests to see if your engine is running correctly and are happy with the cars performance then that is the most important way to judge your car.

Was it Grant that was going to turbo a 350z?

The thing is you got to remember that the car's (z32) are 12 to 15 years old.

 

Surrey RR is a good place to take your car as there not there to sell you some of their kit as they have nothing to sell apart from getting you back on the RR..
