I have got a Single mother and her un ruley kids living next door to me in a coucil owned property. She has now started erecting a make shift shed (supported by my fence)out of sheets of OSB board and hundreds of screws, nails and felt. Some of the screws have gone threw my fence, which I paid a lot of money to have put around my garden :( I am also worried about it binging my fence down in high winds. I complained about it to her and all she said is fu.. off your always moaning. Its one thing they play loud music all hours and her son who is 14 is a hoody who trys to terrorise people around the area and does not go to school. He also drinks neat Vodka in the street with all his chav and hoody friends. I have complained to the Council but they are useless, anybody got a suggestions apart from violence. Cheers.

P.s in the summer her fooking kids used to throw their fag butts over the fence and they used to burn the garden seats :(

The fookers have now resorted in turning up their fookin rap shit music, so I have now got recording equipment been installed and I have also got Enviromental Health envolved. I really want to hurt the 14yr old hoodie next door as my stress levels are soaring.

I hate these scummy chav ****s. They should just give them their own island in the middle of the Alantic somewhere.

hire a van get some mates with balaclavas and kidnap the little toerag on his way home or out ...........drive him about 10 miles out cover him with water with a tiny amount of petrol in it to make it smell like he is geting doused....tell him what will happen if he keeps doing what hes doing ...tell him some body paid you all to sort him out .........and he will be watched , dump him in just his boxers and drive off and leave the shit to struggle home with a bit of luck his feet will be to sore to go out for a month ..every time you see him just smile

If the fence is on the boundary line between the properties, there will be very little that you can. You obviously removed the original fence to construct the new one so it becomes just a boundary fence. Unfortunately people like this have no respect for the property of others. i suspect they might put the motorbike in there, or perhaps a stolen one ready to dismantle and sell the bits. Why don't you wait till a good cloudy night, using a pair of steps, lean over and smash it down, slash the tarpaulin, make it no longer waterproof. perhaps they will then build it on the fence the other side. The other thing to do, is if you know someone with good computer skills, send them a spoof letter from the council telling them to remove it, or they will be evicted.
