As everyone seems to be very diverse in their views about christmas itself what is everyone doing ?? I was up sorting chrimbo pressies till 3am and intend to stay in with the kids today. I did get a lie in till 9am (first one ine a month) and there is no way i,m going anywhere near town today (fook that !!) anyone going to blast their motor round ?? anyone doin all their xmas shopping in one hit?? I am on call but praying the phone doesnt ring :x: Or have you all got hangovers ????? :rofl: :rofl:

i might get the z out of the garage and give it a run seein as it's xmas lol working tonight so just going to pick up a couple of small pressies then chillin rest of day

Yep, I have already been called in to see to an issue, even though I am not on call. I suppose it's a manager's perogative...Still,,,only 3 days left in the job...wooohooo

Sorry to hear that Greg just be careful and keep an eye on him, when my boy Maxx had it we spent a night in the hospital caus we couldnt get our doc to ring us back :xxx: and he started to turn blue through lack of oxygen but he was given a nebuliser for at home and he picked up really well with that we also put a fan in the room to circulate the air better, it all helps you and the family to cope mate hope he,s better soon buddy.

Only had my Zed a few weeks and got the centre bearing fixed yesterday, so took it for its 1st real run today. :D :D

I finished work at 10 this morning, took the car for a clean and have spent the rest of the day driving her around Lancashire dropping off pressies. Any excuse ;)

Im off down the pub going to try get a woman back for an early stuffing ;)

Just back from town, turkey and ham cooking away (i'm the cook in this household and I prefer less work tomorrow :D ) .

 

Have to do a lot of work for santy as soon as the kids are asleep, but all through this i'm going from lager to snowball to baileys and back again ;) ,...nothin like Christmas eve...Ilove it :hyper:

 

 

Also had the added bonus of coming back to the car which I had parked pretty much in the centre of town and found people swooning over it.....including me :D

just got back from taking my son to the bristol childrens hospital diagnosed with croup which is swelling of the vocal glands and has found it difficult to breath,been a scary couple of days and sleepless nights,just glad we can be at home as a familey,merry xmas one and all :D

well i'm all on me lonesome, my wife and boys (7 & 4) are in LAPLAND!!!!!

 

they get back at midnight tho so be fine for tomorrow...

Glad he's at home Greg, Croup is a scary thing and your heart breaks for him when he's so sick. Our little fella had it last year. but it will pass don't worry.
