What is the round metal box with a clarion sticker on it(I guess it is some thing to do with the sterio). the box is located in the rear drivers side speaker pod(in boot). you can see it if you remove the cover and speeker

The rear speakers have their own amp that's what it is

If you've still got the Bose setup I'd say it's the amp for the rear speakers me old mate.

But why does it have Clarion on it I hear you say? Dunno, something to do with Clarion and Bose being best chums I think! wink.gif

I havent got a bose system(I dont think?)

how can I get the rears working?

or do I have to run seperate wires to the back?

Original factory stereo system was a Bose setup.

You may have to run seperate wires if you want aftermarket jobbies not being run off the Clarion amps.

That box is indeed the stock rear amplifier for the speakers. You CAN use it with an aftermarket stereo too wink.gif All you need to do is connect up the standard speaker wires for the rear and find the turn-on signal line for the amp - I *think* this is labelled on the stock stereo unit wink.gif If not I'll find the colour for you wink.gif
