Well, unfortunatly the worst happened this morning, my dads condition deteriorated rapidly, he suffered a major stroke, his heart condition worsened and at about noon i'd say, he passed away :(

I couldnt have asked for a better father, he was a real inspiration to me..

Rest in peace dad...

I'll take good care of things, especially the zed...

 

Sorry to bring a sorrow mood to the forum but I just feel the need to vent somewhere...

Sorry to hear about your loss...my thoughts are with you.

 

There are a lot of good people on here and although we don't all know each other, this brings us together as friends. We are all here for you.

very sad news...lost my g/father on christmas day 10 years ago and my own dad has been at deaths door most if not all of this year, countless trips into A&E, i doubt he will make another year...here's hoping you have a peaceful and happy 2006 Clarkey

Really sorry to hear this. Haven't met you or your late father, but you seem a really sound bloke from this forum. MY father is not in good health - he's 77 and has heart disease and takes loads of tablets etc.. he could realistically go anytime. I can sort of imagine what you must be feeling, but remember he was a good man, and what a gift he gave you (life and good memories). His spirit will be alive in every good deed/thought you have/do. He would want you to be happy, so use this sad time to take stock and plan your future with renewed determination. You are still very young - there is so much ahead for you. This will make you stronger, although it may not seem like it now.

Hi M8, I know what your are going through, I lost both my Mum and Dad within 16 months of one another, Mum went earlier this year, so this is my 1st Christmas without her and boy is it hard. Just look at the positive side that you Dad is not longer suffering and is at peace now. I will be thinking of you over this difficult time and my prayers are with you and your family.

Indeed. I'll second that. Very sorry to hear of your loss. It's hard to imagine what you're going through right now, but thoughts and prayers with you.

Im sorry to hear that mate............it must be very diffucult to come to terms with something like this!
