NZR Unable to open wordpad document

I need to open a wordpad ducument that has been email to me but when I try it say "Unable to load graphics conversion filter. Continue with documnet conversion?" if I click ok it opens a blank document. What do I need to do / download to open it guys?

    What version of word are you using and what version was it written in?

     

    Might need to get the person who sent you it to resave it as a Rich Text format (RTF).

    wordpad will not usually open a doc that has graphics. You need to use Word to open it. Open Word then file\open browse for the file. If you double click, by default it will use wordpad to open it...
