was what to do with the guage side of things-only really the speedo and tach that's not 100%-but really wanted to keep the dash stock to fit my indiglows!-bugger! :headvswal

So I saw this and thought, go aftermarket and programmable speedo/tach-problem solved!-but not stock :o

Then I'm thinking,if I can't keep it stock,go totally different, like the stack set-up! but to be honest, I think they look fookin' horrible!

came across this today and I likey alot-all senders/sensors included and totally programmable! :hyper: all for around the price of aftermarket guages  only prob is it's in America!-think I'll give em' a ring tho' :D

Wahey MG Montego Turbo remix ;) I really like that If i could get that myself i would.

What's stopping you! ;)

Yeah, I'm with the guages. The whole digital dash thing will be cool for like 5 minutes, and then you'll realise:

(i) You can't read it in bright sunlight, so if you have the roof off, you're screwed.

(ii) It doesn't in any way suit the rest of the interior of your car (even though I haven't seen it, I just know this).

(iii) Even if it did it would still look horrifically dated.

C'mon, just watch an episode of Knight Rider and look very carefully when there's a shot of the inside of the car: it looks crap. Don't do it (please).

didn't the J spec have a digital dash option when the Z32 was launched? I remember reading this in one of the road tests.

I dunno, but if it did I'm very glad to say mine doesn't have it. ;b

Not for the Z32, but the Z31 did.
