hi all im at this very minute stipping bits off my car and cleaning and spraying things.. my zed is a tt superchiped, running 1.0 psi boost etc...

everything was going great until it started to stall at round abouts when you dip the clutch..

ive looked through all the techs, so im now cleaning the tps, cleaned my throttle bodies, cleaned the ptu connectors, cleaned out the idle thingy at the back etc.. and just inspecting the plugs which are pfr6b 11b and are clean but black...

the car is also , stumbling when you ease off the accelerator and your just crusing , its sort of spluttering a little, the car accelerates fine..

i have a spare set of plugs which are pfr6b 11c?? but shorter, and a spare ptu..

can anyone help please.....

sorry meant 1.0 bar..

i'd check the air intakes aren't loose or possible split, i had the same problems with my old mazda zedos, it was just cutting out when the revs drop

Hope this helps mate

prob from the clutch servo if it dies when you dip the clutch ;)

there doesnt seem to bee a clutch servo? just a master cylinder...

just taken the ptu off and the bottom connector had quite alot of corrosion so ive cleaned it..

back in a minute...

just plugged the ptu back in and ive got a misfire on one...it was the ptu so i pulled it back out re-plugged it back in and ok now? strange...

also noticed that my idle is higher now since cleaning the throttle bodies, so i unplugged the yellow connector at back of engine and set the base idle to 500 then plugged it back in, but there is no change in revs plugging and unplugging, this is not normal is it??

your idle will be slightly higher after cleaning TBs as the ECU has to learn the new values, after a few hundred miles it will settle

just driven home, its really lumpy now....but only when fun is'nt on the gas..
