all i know is my fuel consumption is nasty!

what you averaging scott.

im sat in traffic on the way home for about 20 minutes a day. i would say i do on average 20 miles per day. at about 40mph

My latest mpg calculation was 19mpg - Town driving, with some heavy right foot dual carriageway motoring and a fair amount sitting in traffic.

(250 miles - 1 Tankfull (registered 60 litres when I filled up)

...but I think Im overfulling at the moment (smell from exhaust, and cat heat light keeps flickering )

TT manual.

Not sure if thats of any reference really :-S

Dont use mine around town so not got any figures. But this time of year when its cold the mixture enrichment/cold start mode will drag the figures down.

I found yesterday that tailgating my mates R34 V Spec Skyline at speeds up to 140mph (round our own private test facility of course) hasnt helped my fuel figures at all!! :x: :D

no good asking you then LOL

I have avaraged about 15-20 round the houses. 10-15 driving fast. 20-25 taking it easy on a run and below 10 MPG if driving hard or flat out. So 19 MPG in town sounds about right. The fact of being an NA or TT wouldnt really make a lot of difference in town because you will rarely use the turbos whislt cruiseing?

optimax or tesco 99 ron for me also.

hope the little service will help out crossed fingers LOL

Well I drive my manual, NA, SWB on a mix of town driving and "enthusiastic" country lane driving and get an average of 23mpg. I use Esso's 97 RON fuel most of the time and the car is regularly serviced.HTH.

Uhh I always use the turbos lol, reckon I get about 14mpg overall. Pretty shitty.

19mpg in town sounds about right

I get about that in my NA. About 25-26mpg overall average - maybe 30-32mpg on a long steady run.

a tank holds 72 litres, best I've had is kent to Teeside airport on one tank,(just) 320 miles door to door. :hyper: if my maths is good, then thats 22mpg

worst ive had is 72 litres in 100 miles!!! :x: 7mpg lol, but what a smile i had ;)

Not sure bud, never really tried to work it out. I will do when its back on the road after summer though.

Over the last 2 years I reckon I average about 210 miles per tank, for the first 2 months of owning her it was about 190 miles but replacing the lazy O2 sensors improved it.

£30 of fuel normally lasts for 200 miles driving to work and back - 14 miles each way. It's slightly better in the manual car I have now compared to the auto I used to have - both NA's...

Thats impressive - 400 miles on a tank - 30'ish mpg.

250 miles for a full tank is what i get in my jap import manual TT. I enjoy going to the petrol stations oddly. I think here you are my beast get some of this down you for more fun and making me feel king of the road.
