    Yep. I have an idea.

    There is some foam packing that goes under the front lower lip of the rubber surround. Its either missing now or youve fitted it wrong way round.

    Nah, thats still there. :(

     

    theres a gap between drivers side headlamp and wing and passenger side headlamp and bumper. I can nearly get a finger in there. Its confused the shit out of me.
