Help Me Please!

My hicas arm needs replacing, the problem is that I cant drive it to a garage because on the hicas arm knuckle has come loose from the ball joint. Does anyone know anyone round the crawley (west sussex) area who can help me replace my hicas arm, I have the new part just need a hand replacing it.
