It's not one of my problems but I saw my friend and the garage today who's got a J-Spec 300ZXTT in there that used to be an auto and it's just had a manual conversion done to it...

The conversion was done at another garage and was bought into my friends cause it's got bad vibrations and running probs, ie very lumpy and not smooth... If it's still running the Auto ECU what effect would that have on a manual conversion and also are the Diffs and other running gear the same as a manual???

Thanks to anyone who can help!!!

i have a manual car, that has now got an auto engine fitted (still manual gears ) and the ecu is the original

Hi Mate,

The auto ecu can be used with a manual box but not vice versa, also the diff is the same but the prop is different.
