Just gonna nip out and get a set or single crows foot spanner to remove my left bank 02 sensor.

 

Im sure its 22mm I need but someone stated 27mm??

 

Is it best to buy the spanner (which size) or buy a deep socket and try and cut it to get the cable through?

It's a 22mm, i found a crows foot best.

You'll struggle to get any leverage with a spanner.

Just tried with a plumbers spanner (one of them which tightens on the nut - Near on impossible :(

May have to pay a local mechanic to remove it.

Crows foot, various socket extensions and a long pipe for leverage will do it.

and before you do all that check the connector for the dreaded green oxide! Thats what was making mine look dead. Cleaned it up and 02 working fine again!
