recently noticed an annoying 'loose bit of plastic rattling' sound coming from somewhere behind the centre vents. windscreen demister works fine but when i press AUTO to blow air into the cabin, i can hear it blowing but no air comes out the vents. has an air director thingy come loose? i could just undo the screws but id have to pull up and reseat my apexi thingamijigs!

got the very same thing dave(plasticy rattly noise) so BUMP for both of us.

having said that i've never known the heater to blow hot air throught the front vents in winter. Only seems to do it in summer when you hit the aircon and it blows cool. One of the downsides of auto climate control. sensors in the car seem to know where you need hot air.

Pity it doesn't fooking work! :(
