:rant: Did anyone hear on the radio today about a 1 year old boy out with his dad, one would assume a responsible parent, in a battery powered jeep and got stopped by the old bill??
They have told the childs father the jeep will need, TAX, MOT and public liability insurance before the boy can use it again!! :shock:
The dad has stated that he is going to turn it into a pedal car for the little-un, What a complete load of B**locks, why should that boy miss-out on a bit of fun in a toy car?? I didnt think milk floats needed tax as they cannot do more than 18 mph.
And they say we dont live in a police state.
