Intercontinental tat

I just got back from holiday.

 

When you go to a poor country, there's often loads of little stalls selling carvings and ash trays and stuff like that for the tourists to buy.

 

I always assumed they made the stuff they sell locally.

 

But I've noticed many these stalls have some of the same stuff as each other, even if they're in different countries or continents.

 

Anyone else noticed this? Think it all comes from a big factory in China? Or is it all in my head?

    yeah i have noticed it there is some suoer warehouse outside bejing i reckon knocking all this tat out
