Just a quick one really how long before they come through the post and the other thing is i got flashed by a red light one the other day as it was turning from red to amber/green ? as opposed to goin red if you know what i mean.

Not to certain about it but i think it ranges from 1-3 weeks.

im not too sure about cameras but i know the police have up to 6month to action tickets that they have given out

If you don't recieve it inside the 14 days you can get off with it.. Make sure you don't answer the door or sign for anything.. Get yer other half to sign for it you can then say that she never gave it to you.. Can help in your defence

:rant: I never recieved a NIP at all for a bike offence, in the last week of the 6 months i got the summon's, B***stards, the red light camera one i got dun for in an artic, fully frieghted and they changed at the last minute came through within a month, I went to court over it to explain you can't stop 44 ton on a dime and the git's still stuck me with 3 points but the fine doubled to £120 instead of the fix penalty £60.

If thier gonna ave ya they will, i heard they got no time limit anymore to get you into court because of the back log in driving offence's, too many were getting off because of that loop hole. Horrible feeling waiting for it to drop on the matt i know, just got rid of 3 and now waiting to get 3 more, speeding in the truck, 43 mph in a 40. Firkin pathetic.
