Does anyone have any contacts for someone to work on the zed up here in the north east, both body and engine work.

PPS in seaham used to do body work but ive heard they have closed now, not too sure though.

I was up at PPS just before they stopped the bodywork stuff etc. :(

 

Its hard to find a decent garage to work on the zed. There are so many cowboys out there...I would prefer to take the car to someone who is passionate about 'decent' sports cars rather than a 'bean tin modder'.

 

Perhaps the 300zx forum could start to collect details of garages from other forum members - recommendation is the best form of advertising me thinks.

how far from manchester are ya fella, i always take mine to c&s wood in astley manchester

i use http://www.robertshawracing.co.uk, they are not zed gurus but have a good understanding of cars, they have worked on quite a few zeds (including mine)

 

they are a bit pricey though

dont think they do bodywork though
